Anyone know of a reasonably priced, easy to use app that can transform photos into what looks like paintings/drawings?

Examples of what I am after:

Studio Artist

Best app ever, been using it for years.

The full version costs like $380, BUT you can just download the free demo and use that instead.

Limitations:
1. Only runs for 40 minutes at a time.
2. Cannot save your work (think screenshots!)

Other than that, it's perfect. I've tried all the so-called "alternatives", but they sucked.

There used to be a post above this spamming some stupid Winblows software, to which I responded by informing the offender that I have reported him for his actions. As the post has since been deleted, my post no longer makes any sense in the context of this thread, and the mods should really delete it, as well, but I'm hardly going to report myself.

If you already have Photoshop, then it's not difficult to do it by hand, using a spatter (or stipple) brush and the smudge tool (with shape dynamics and pen pressure turned off, if you have a tablet). You can really get that personally 'painted' look.

If you don't have Photoshop. Ignore this post.
