I've started having this strange bug since I updated to the final version of Safari 4. Everything was fine during the betas.
I am having a hard time figuring out what causes the bug since it doesn't happen all the time and it doesn't happen on every window. If one window is affected it doesn't mean Safari window or Safari tab.

In short, when the bug kicks in, and I scroll everything on the page fades to greyscale. The more I scroll the more greyscale it gets.
I filmed a screencast showing it here on MacNN and then on flickr since the effect is a lot more noticeable when there are images.

Any ideas?

Here's the screencast
