So yeah, this past fall my theatre department put on Grease. Every four to five years we tour a show somewhere. In the past we have been to London, Bahamas, CA, etc. This year we have decided to go back to California.
Anyhoo, the dates are March 27th until April 4th. Here is our "Tentative Itinerary"

March 27, 2004 � April 4, 2004
Saturday, March 27, 2004:
12:00 noon Depart for Los Angeles.
3:02 PM Approximate arrival time in Los Angeles. Group will claim luggage and meet waiting coach for transfer toSherman Oaks, CA and check in.
6:30 PM Welcome dinner (included) at the Hard Rock Caf�, or similar.
Sunday, March 28, 2004:
7:30 AM Breakfast (included) at Denny�s or similar.
8:00 AM Board coaches and depart the hotel.
9:00 AM Arrive Beverly Hills and join local guides (1 per coach) for a narrated sightseeing tour featuring Sunset Boulevard, Pantages Theatre, Hollywood Graumans Chinese Theatre and Rodeo Drive.
12:30 PM Arrive in Venice Beach where group can purchase lunch.
3:00 PM Return to hotel to freshen up prior to evening activity.
5:00 PM Dinner (included) at local restaurant.
7:00 PM Group will view a performance of �Ragtime� at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza.
Monday, March 29, 2004:
8:00 AM Breakfast (included) at Denny�s, or similar.
9:00 AM Board coaches and depart the hotel.
9:30 AM Arrive at Warner Brothers Studios for a V.I.P. Tour.
12:00 noon Arrive and tour Weisenthal Center Museum of Tolerance.
PM Group will perform Grease at Sherman Oaks Senior Citizens Center.
Tuesday, March 30, 2004:
7:30 AM Breakfast (included) at Denny�s, or similar.
AM Assembly Group will perform Grease at University High School.
Afternoon Arrive at Santa Monica Promenade Pier or Santa Monica Beach.
Dinner Dinner on their own.
PM Group will perform Grease at University High School.
Wednesday, March 31, 2004:
7:30 AM Breakfast (included) at Denny�s, or similar.
AM Assembly Group will perform Grease at Palos Verdes High School.
12:00 noon Arrive at Universal Studios for an afternoon of fun. Admission provided allows for unlimited use of rides, shows and attractions
Dinner Dinner (included) at a local restaurant.
PM Group will perform Grease at Palos Verdes High School.
Thursday, April 1, 2004:
8:00 AM Breakfast (included) at Denny�s, or similar.
AM Group will perform Grease at Fairfax High School.
PM Arrive and tour the Getty Center for the afternoon
6:30 PM Dinner (included) at the House of Blues on Sunset Strip, or similar.
Friday, April 2, 2004:
8:00 AM Breakfast (included) at Denny�s, or similar.
9:00 AM Board Coaches and depart the hotel.
10:00 AM Arrive at Disney�s California Adventure park to participate in Disney Magic Music Days program. After performance, group will enjoy the remainder of the day in the park. (Performance is subject to approval of audition materials.)
8:00 PM Dinner (included) at the ESPN Zone in Downtown Disney. Each Chaperone and student will receive a 40-point game card.
Saturday, April 3, 2004:
8:00 AM Breakfast (included) at Denny�s, or similar.
9:30 AM Board coaches and depart the hotel.
10:55 AM Depart San Pedro for Catalina Island.
12:10 PM Arrive in Avalon where group will have the afternoon to explore on an individual basis.
4:45 PM Depart Avalon for San Pedro
6:00 PM Arrive in San Pedro.
8:00 PM Farewell Dinner and Show (included) at the Wild Bill�s Wild West Extravaganze, or similar.
Sunday, April 4, 2004:
8:30 AM Breakfast (included) at Denny�s, or similar, followed by check out.
10:00 AM Board coaches and depart for the airport.
1:00 PM Depart Los Angeles International Airport for Newark.
9:26 PM Approximate arrival time in Newark. Group will claim luggage and meet waiting coach for transfer to the school.
