Spoof hat for NIN fans. Kinda funny. Never used, sat on a shelf for over a decade.
No idea what this is. Trinket of some kind. My nutball mom got it for me for some unknown reason and I don't ahve the slightest clue why or what this thing does. I think it just 'hangs' from something.
