No, I don't think there are non-competes like that. Foxconn makes stuff for everyone, they wouldn't be able to have a consumer brand if there were non-competes.
Having the outsourced equipment manufacturer making consumer products is troubling, however - this in particular happened with Dell and Asus. Dell used Asus to manufacture its computers. Asus kept doing more and more until they did everything, and eventually just dumped the Dell brand and started selling those computers under their own name. The result? Asus is now the 2nd biggest manufacturer, and Dell is organizing a private buyout to try to restore the company to some form of glory.
