I think my homescreen would look mostly the same as everyone else's, with the main apple apps. It's the second page that would vary more between people.

It's a touch over half Apple Apps for me (13 out of 24), and I fully admit I only have some of them there because I'll only allow pretty icons on that page.
I didn't even have the full set of 24 until recently.
