i got snapshooter a few months ago and just went to use it now, but...it just sits there "loading boarders" and its not doing anything.

forget that problem. i found out my version was outdated and that the newer version is just as crappy. it won't even load any boarders, not even ones i download. also, why is it restricted to .png saves?

Did you place the app within the applications folder or a sub folder?

no. i downloaded it (an updated version of the one i had) from macupdate. unzipped it. launched it. it told me there was another update and asked if i wanted to download it. i said yes. after it downloaded it, it wouldn't even launch anymore, so i trashed the new "updated version" that it downloaded. unzipped what i got from macupdate, again. said no, i didn't want the new update and...it just sat there. no boarders loaded. it wouldn't let me open any boarders. all it lets me do is drop a screenshot i took, on it and save it, but with no boarder.
