Has anyone else ever ran across iPod issues ONLY when it is using a really tight case, such as iSkin. I work in a school where there is an iPod program and have come across this issue 3 or 4 times. Issues include: freezing when iTalk connected, iPod not being able to charge etc etc...

Is there some sort of electrical issue that is created due to the pressure or materials?

Thanks!
