I've always been under the impression that the WallStreet PowerBooks can't be operated with the cover closed. Is this true?

I've already got an external keyboard and mouse hooked up, and I'd like to add an external monitor and close the PowerBook. Can I?

You can't. The Wallstreets create too much heat to withstand being run closed. I'm not sure whether it is even possible to wake up a Wallstreet with the lid closed.

That's what I thought; thanks for confirming it.
