This is a mockup?
I could take Sean Connery in a fight... I could definitely take him.

BUUUUUUUULLLLLLSHIIIIIT!

If that was real rendevous shows the name of the computer not just "Rendevous".

And what is up with that progress bar? Ugly.

That and it would just say "iTunes" in the title bar area, not the version number.

Well Steve proposed that the difference between iTunes 3 and iTunes 4 should be like 10.1 and 10.2, so basically anything can happen...

When did he say that? I hope adding a "4" to the top bar is not the revolution he was talking about.

I thought the whole point of this Rendezvous stuff with iTunes was that you could play the contents of another's Library without copying anything (thereby not breaking any copyright laws). This picture clearly shows it not working that way.

So not only is it poorly done visually, it's also wrong in concept.

I didn't realize that iTunes 4 was on the horizon already. Are we looking at a January introduction or something?

No you can't, you can play them off another computer. It is just a playlist that appears when the computer is on.

And the pic doesn't load in the original post, so we won't be able to compare it with the actual iTunes 4 whenever it arrives. :/
I could take Sean Connery in a fight... I could definitely take him.

I am curious, and distrubed...by the fact there is no picture

I doubt that it is the iTunes 4 if it says "iTunes 4" in the menu bar...

So, when iTunes supports Rendezvous and other people's play lists appear on my iTunes...is that play list able to be burned to a CD just like any other play list?

that is a good question, I am gonna haveta guess not, because there are probably hardware difficulties of doing this, as well as legal issues. But, that would be if you could
