I could update this theme somtime in the summer perhaps, I need to finish NickelCobalt, BBXMX and Classic Platinum first.
Otherwise I'd be happy to let someone else do it, since James Meister seem to busy too.
So if anyone is up for updating and maintaining it I'd be happy to let you.

Looks like they were a bit hasty reading this board. That's the version on Max's site. Same old Jag dlta.

hmm, very odd. It mentions MacUpdate in the readme file. That's new, right?
Oh well, it's not that great a theme anyhow. Sorry MacGuru.

Wow, I have disagree. QNX is a really clean interface, it was nice to have it on the Mac for a while. Also it is one of the few themes to have a nice selection of colors mods. QNX's interface blends much better into the Mac enviroment than say BeOS (sadly). BeOS is very boxy and looked great on Classic, but parts of the theme seem to get lost on Mac OS X. The title bars in particular are a sticking point.
The biggest problem I had with the QNX theme was in the title bar area - where title's were getting crammed into the left hand widgets on smaller windows. Otherwise, I loved it.
