HELP!!!!
For the past week the date and time havn't been sticking... but I doubt this has anything to do with the issue. Well two days ago, the book crashed and hasn't booted since.
We're using OS 9.1, 20GB HD with 256MB of RAM and Airport.
We get the '?' folder on boot from either CD or HD...
I've tried zapping the PRAM, resetting the power manager, and booted into Open Firmware to reset-nvram. With no results.
Help please.

Ouch...try searching http://support.apple.com and if you still come up empty-handed, you'll most likely hafta do a complete reinstall of your OS. Sad to say, but I had to bite the bullet and do that myself awhile back. Best of luck with it.

That's the problem, it won't boot off the OS 9 CD either.

Doh! That's not good...you don't have any other friend's OS 9 CD's to try from, eh? If you can't get it to boot, I see no other option that to call AppleCare and tell them your machine is unbootable. If it's under warrenty, they'll hafta take a look at it/replace it.
