Would it be possible to use DVDShrink on my windoze machine to rip my DVD but then transfer those files over to my Mac to burn? Probably using Toast 6.

Thanks.

Why not? As long as you have the means to transfer files between the two machines (network and using windows file sharing on the mac would work) it should be easy. Just make sure that you use the DVD-ROM (UDF) format in Toast or dvd players will get really confused when you try to play the disc.

Why not just use a Mac for everything?

Hello lurkers

Seriously though, I agree with doing everything on your Mac. Perhaps you're looking for something like DVD2One? Keep in mind that I believe VirtualPC has either a 2 or 4GB transfer limit from the guest to the host. I might be wrong though.
