I plugged my IPod into my computer and it show the do not disconnect screen like it does when its going to sync. Then I opened iTunes and it doesn't show up and the image didn't show up on the desktop either. And it's still stuck on the do not disconnect screen. Can I unplug it and hope it goes away or will it mess it up?

Yeah, it's not going to screw anything up if it's just sitting frozen.

If its the only option, then go for it. I'm pretty sure its happened to mine before as well.

Thanks for the link, I held the middle button and menu to reset then I could unplug and re plug it in. Now it's syncing up.
