I have a new Powerbook g4 12" on its way...it should be here sometime this week...
The airport card is built in and the ram will not work with it (the latest powerbooks take pc2700 ram instead of pc2100)...
I was looking for $60 per item.... plus shipping....
The ram is a pc2100 so-dimm, I believe it is made by IBM or infineon and has a lifetime warranty.... It will work with most iBooks and some of the earlier powerbook g4s including the 867mhz and 1ghz models.
I have sold on here before and have 100% ebay feedback on about 40 sales.

Is the airport extreme card still available? Will it work in a mac mini?

I believe that the mac mini does not have a user installable slot for an airport card. It needs a special board to connect the airport card to. I could be wrong - but I think that it needs to be installed by a dealer.

The ram is made by IBM. 512mb for ibooks and powerbooks that take pc2100 sodimms.
Both items are officially available now....
My new powerbook is here and it is working great...
