Actually, for most people, they do everything better. The Wrangler is great off road, but nothing else. What I said is that for hard core off roaders, get a Wrangler (in the US). You don't have to have a Wrangler or Defender to go off road. Do you realize that? An LR-3 is very competent off road, and unlike hard core offroaders, it doesn't suck on the freeway or doing real life duties, like hauling people and gear.

I'm now leaning toward the FJ Cruiser (again). I'm getting over the need to have room for 4 adults, seeing as how I rarely ever need to haul 4 people around.
