Judging from the photos of the inside of the folders, it's probably been opened, no?
Also, just out of interest: How does one get the Skyfall Blu-Ray? Is it paid for, and you get to order it free, or do you have to buy the regular disk and just get to put it in the slot?

It is open see pictures. I have not ripped them and honestly have no idea how to.

I'm pretty sure you have to buy the regular disk.

Ok this was initially sold but the payment was never recieved. Also, Skyfall is now included and price is lowered to 120 shipped. Amazon lowest price is 140 excluding skyfall.
