I'm not sure why you're asking what you're asking. But I checked the md5 sums between each disk of the GM that was floating around bittorrent and the retail disks. Everything was identical. So this means that those already running the GM that bought the retail copy (everyone did right?) don't have to re-install.

I just did the same thing, and the dmgs I downloaded did not match my retail discs. Go figure.
