What version of the Flash plug-in do you have? As Google video is a Flash player, that could be a potential source of the problem.

I clicked on my installed plug-ins and I came up with this:
Shockwave Flash 9.0 r16 — from file “Flash Player Enabler.plugin”.

Is that the one that could be the problem?

Yes, downgrade to the last release of the 8.x version. Flash 9 is causing many problems for some people.

Thank you for the reply. I'm sorry but how do I downgrade it?

If you can get the installer for Flash 8.x, navigate to the /Library/Internet Plug-ins folder and delete the files that have the word Flash in them (there are 3 for Flash 8.0.24 but it could be different for Flash 9). Then run the installer for Flash 8.x.

Don't have any browsers open at the time you do any of the above. Also, check the equivalent folder in your home directory to see if you have the plug-in installed there if it is not present in the root level Library folder.
