Hi, is it possible to "trick iMovie 4" ,VIA the terminal, Apple script or some other fashion, to accept my lower screen rez of a maximum 800X600? I used the quite handy shareware program, Pacifist, to extract both iPhoto 4 & iMovie 4 to my recently upgraded iBook SE 466. iPhoto boots up with no problem but iMovie seems to attempt to load but it stops to give me a message:" To use iMovie, your screen size must be set to at least 1024X768." I was wondering if there might be a way to bypass this little hurtle or am I stuck using an older version of iMovie? If so which, older version, would be my best choice?
Here's the current specs of my system:
iBook SE 466mhz firewire, 576 MB, OS 10.3.4 Panther. DVD Rom.
Brand new! 60.0GB Hitachi/IBM Travelstar 7K60 ***7200RPM** 8MB Data Buffer. Wow! Now that was a "job" to install!
Original 10 GB HD now connected by firewire in an external case.
Thanks in advance for any tips and or tricks you may or may not have up you sleeves.
