B) are you including the serial number (or does it even need one, I already have full version CS 1 installed)

A) CS2 is version 9.0
B) It comes with 2 CD-ROMs (actual software and Total Training Video Workshop. The serial number is on the back of the CD jewel case. It should ask your previous version of Photoshop serial number prior to install.)
C) $23 is fine.
