"DVD-R" means it has a Superdrive, and it will be a x1 speed model only.
If it had said "DVD-ROM" then it would have been a Combo drive model.
This sounds like the top spec model from the iMac range when it was first released in Feb 2002 (the same model I have).
It wont have - Audio In, Video Out, Airport Extreme.
I hope that helps,
Ian

The superdrive in the 800 MHz 15" iMac is a 2x unit.
Also, it doesn't have audio-in or Airport Extreme, but it does have video out. Video out lets you connect a VGA monitor and mirror the built in display, so it can only do 1024x768, 800x600, or 640x480.

2X dvd-r. But you could always drop in a 4X and sell the 2X.
