Just wanted to get some feedback - preferably on our forums so we could track things better, but anywhere is good too.
http://www.mindfortress.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2684
Please note, although we are looking for feedback, not all of it will make it into 1.0. If it did...1.0 would be released in 2006. Maybe. If we're lucky.

I just realized we didn't even describe the app here - so let me do that here:
MindFortress is a multi-media knowledge base app for the Mac OS X platform. It is currently in development and only in the early stages of phase 3 of 4 phases.
At its current state, it is very functional and more functional than many apps that have pieces of MF's functionality. However, we have much planned for MF which is why its still in Phase 3.
Let me tell you a little bit of what MF can do:
- It can be used as a digital wallet storing credit card information, bank accounts, licenses, social security card, voter card, passport, auto, frequent flyer, calling card, etc....
- It can be used as a serial number database storing your serial number or software serial number data.
- It can be used to store account info on websites, ftp, email, etc...
- It can be used to store Notes and unstructured data such as pictures, rich text notes, and full off-line webpages.
- You can create custom data cards for your business or personal life that you can categorize and/or encrypt.
There are around 28 cards built in. You can customize those cards and create your own (currently done by hand..but custom templates coming later).
Furthermore, it all can be categorized and encrypted. And - a bunch more is coming as we develop the app. We wanted to let people try the software out in its current very usable state and if you like it - go ahead and buy it
During the development period (another 4-6 weeks we estimate), we'll provide support via this forum. When the software is fully released we will then be providing support via our fully redesigned website and support personnel.

Thanks. We've got some really powerful stuff coming for it in the near future, but you got to start somewhere.
