.

you may like me and my threads or not, but two eeeAir threads both closed are too much

sure, both threads has been invaded by crazy, off topic and trash posts, but, when that happens in a thread, the correct moderation is to DELETE all trash posts using the mods' privilege, NOT close the threads

will that happen again everytime I'll open a thread?

We seldom delete posts unless there are more serious attacks going on. You are free to start another thread on the subject if you wish.

The Lounge is famous for having topics wander about. Consider it a local hazard, like that elderly lady who always wants to discuss flower-watering tips with anyone in reach.

Or, you could spend an extra few minutes and try and be more clear. Even if English isn't your primary language, it is hard to fathom what you are talking about, hence much of the goofiness that invades those posts.

Do that and you remove a need for any moderation at all.

You will notice I closed your thread for being in the wrong forum. You are free to start a new thread, just choose the correct forum (Mac Notebooks) this time.

Deleting posts happens rarely.

Correct.

We expect future posts of gaetanomarano to appear in the "Little Italian Blog Spam forum".

O'Rly ?

Like one of my posts that you just deleted, because it was not serious enough for the thread about radio-controlled toys ?

I mean, for Pete's sake, you tell me not to derail a thread about effing radio-controlled toys ?

The moderation in the Lounge is getting more and more pathetic.
WTF ? It's the Lounge, for Pete's sakes.

Your post was derailing. Level of seriousness had nothing to do with it. Check your PM.

It wasn't derailing, it was just meant to be some fun comment.

But heck, let's throw out fun in the Lounge, since it's soooooo serious business.
