A Classic "Happy Mac" Icon Quilt

I have talked my wife into making me a quilt blanket featuring the classic black and white "happy mac" boot icons. However, I need to find a picture of the icon that shows how it was designed on the pixel level, since she will be recreating it using black and white blocks of quilt.
Does anyone have it? I don't have a classic mac anymore and I would be most appreciative to anyone who can help me.
(NOTE: I am currently without Mac, as I am awaiting next week's announcements, so a jpeg or png would be appreciated.)
Thanks to all.

I was thinking the opposite... That would be a HUGE blanket. But, realistically you just adjust the square size to make the perfect blanket. That would look pretty cool!

I have a dogcow pencil on my desk. He will always be around as long as he is in our heart.

I have many fond memories of Clarus, as well as other classic Mac characters, like Uli the moose.
