My 512!  Looks like Apple's finally starting to catch up with backorders.
[No huge inline images. --tooki]
So far I'm really impressed with it. Even in the age we live in now, with technology advancing as fast as it does...it still amazes me that something this small, with no moving parts...can do so much!

Nice, you wil love it! I never leave the house without mine now. I got it about a week ago and with moderate use have not even had to charge the battery yet. It is possible that when I load new content on it each day that is enough to keep the battery happy.

Since I'm starting to see them in every store, I finally picked up a 1GB one last week - my first iPod 
No complaints whatsoever - excellent build quality, small but usable size, great sound, and I'm rediscovering my music collection.
Perfect for working in the yard, and no more reams of CDs in the car!
