Why does it seem that the links in the articles on the MacNN main page for the Mac Pro all appear to be referral links to the Apple Store instead of more indepth information on the new Macs or the Keynote?

Example:
Article: Apple replaces Power Mac with Mac Pro
Link text: "replaced its Power Mac line"

URLs associated with that link (that load in rapid succession)
- http://macnn.com/rd/59067==http://ma...d.php?id=22254
- http://click.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/...type=3&subid=0
- http://click.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/...type=3&subid=0
- http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPL...KCTzpm3iB0Ntcg

Normal AppleStore link is just http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPL...cts/AppleStore

Hidden ad link present in articles:
- all include the redirect URL: http://macnn.com/rd.php?id=22254
> Apple debuts Intel-based Xserve (2 links)
> Apple completes Intel transition (2 links)
> Apple replaces Power Mac with Mac Pro (2 links)

I can understand the need for advertising but I'd be much more inclined to click on a link that is similar to "Click here to visit the apple store to see the new Mac Pro and the BTO options".
:)
