Why were you searching eBay.ca? Tennessee is nowhere near Canada.
It's actually not a bad deal. It works out to a little under $9 per game.

well, i don't have them all...but i got a little over 300 NES games...on ROMS. not so many on SNES though. so, i'm good with that. doesn't take up any physical space

Agreed, this game isn't listed. It was renamed to Punch Out about a year after released because Mike was tossed in jail. . . but still, he doesn't have EVERY game. . .
