This is the Up-To-Date Panther CD I received from Apple. It contains all of the manuals and CDs that can be found in the retail box that costs $130, but comes in a yellow envelope instead. The envelope is unopened and nothing has been touched as of yet.

I'd like to sell it for $75 (half the price of the reatail version), but you can share your opinion here if you think that is too much.

If it is the up-to-date version, don't you have to have Jag. to install?

On the full version of Panther, you can have OS X 10.1 or even OS 9 for that matter.

Your price is a little high for just the update.

The up-to-date version is the same as the retail version. It lets you install Mac OS X for the first time so you do not even need previous versions of Mac OS X or OS 9 for that matter.
