Okay, I have this dual G5 2.25 at work, but am the only one who knows how to operate it.

Now this machine is 3 days old and today I weanted to Eject the mediadrive (pioneer a07 I think)

When I press Eject the Baydoor only opens half.

When I help it it opens but the dvd-Tray comes out only 1/4

I have to use considerable force to pull it out half. It closes without problems though.

I think that, since our IT-department knows nothing about macs, someone had to install the OS, couldn't find the Ejectbutton and forced the door open. can this easely be fixed? I hope those pc-perverts didn't bend anything !!
