There are two screews on the bottom side of the iBook, closest to the screen hinge that are leaking electricity or something since they get very prickly and uncomfortable to touch, when the iBook is plugged into the power adapter. Has anyone else experienced this?

It's not a huge jolting thing, but the trickle pinches the skin when contact is made (tiny needles sensations). Does this sound like it's time for a warranty call?

iBook G4 14" 933MHz purchased November 2003. The problem started in the last few days.

Weird.
Sounds like a grounding problem. Call Apple and get them to fix it!
