Weird Fan Noises

Hello Peoples
When Im playin a game with my new iBook 800Mhz the Fan will start to come on at about 10min through the game because of everything gettin hot. The Fan is making like a Pulsating sound. On and Off, On and Off. Never just a steady On. I was wondering if anyone else has this problem? Any Fixes? Does Apple know heh

I have no experience in the gaming department, but i can tell you that my fan comes on and stays on(no pulsing) if i am using the HD for major tasks. it is louder when it first kicks on, then about 2-3 seconds later it slows itself down and stays steady.
ps- it is louder that the older 500 iBook that i had, but it does not bother me.
