As stated earlier, Jimi purchased this guitar in NYC in 1966 SN L68290. We have signed & notarized witness statements from individuals within Jimi’s management, that the guitar was played on stage in London, Hamburg, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Winterland & Monterey. It was also for recording sessions with the BBC. It was also used extensively at Olympic Studios in London & for the sessions for “Electric Lady Land.” Jimi used the guitar both on “Foxy Lady” & “ Hey Joe.”
