I recently downloaded (not that i remember doing it!!!) Dj Vu application. The controls for this are found in the system prefereces. I want to deleted the app as i dont really have a use for it. so i did a search for all the files and trashed them. My problem is that the icon is still in the system preferences and you can still access the controls! Now my question is - how do i get rid of it?

Cheers for any suggestions

Philip

Make sure the MenuMeters.prefPane is in the following location:

Macintosh HD/Library/PreferencePanes/MenuMeters.prefPane

(I bet it's under your User folder /Library right now and it won't work automatically there...)
