ok I searched and couldn't find this.

after my ibook goes to sleep or the screen saver comes on and the computer becomes active again the color settings are messed up. Not discolored but a very much lighter mode I guess.

It's easly correctable but more an annoyance, (I simple go to display prefs and go to color menu and reselect the same setting, and the computer reclibrates it's self.

Like I said this isn't a huge problem but it rather annoying.

Does anyone know how I might fix this?

thanks

sorry no idea. You might want to call apple and ask them they would probably be your best bet for that type of an issue.

I'm experiencing the same problem, it only occurs in a few situations..

If i have the screensaver set, and the ibook falls asleep with the lid open. If this happens when I wake it up it's a little blueish.

If I go to screen saver and do a test it will trigger this action. All I have to do it shut the lid and open it back up and everything is fine. My fix for now is to turn off the screen saver and just have the screen shut off after a few minutes. If anyone has any insight please let me know.

FYI: it's a 1.2 ibook that's 1month old.
