Anybody find any info? Strangedogs/themacelite was suprisingly unhelpful.

I sincerely doubt that overclocking a C2D iMac is even possible. Even if you could change the bus speed, it would mess everything else up because there are no dividers.

You might be able to pull off somehting on a C2D extreme, if they aren't multiplier-locked.

So just because intel locked the multiplyer there's no way to unlock it? Really? I thought everything was moddable in the realm of PC components. Do you know what socket the iMac uses? Maybe I'll just buy a faster chip then.
