I didn't see a thread about this in here so I thought I'd post that the first season of Futurama is now on iTunes.

It could have been better. My wife fell asleep watching it with me. I liked just seeing new material even if it wasn't as good as the earlier episodes.

Bought the set twice (as it was split up between me and my ex back in Norway).
Pre-ordered Bender's Big Score, but it got lost in the mail

Bender's Big Score weaknesses: sprunging.
time travel paradox killing the universe due to all the bender's coming up at once.
Bender's Big Score awesomeness: Good tie-ins to all the prior seasons. Seymour. The orange and purple narwhals as analogous to Fry and Leela. Algore and his Prius/one-gallon-of-gas shtick.
Time travel episodes are hard to get right. That's why the Futurama writers only did one, Roswell's That Ends Well episode. Here, they set out to originally break all the rules of time travel, and then they got partway through and decided to take it seriously and attempt to adhere to them inasmuch as sci-fi has set forth the behavior of time travel in the past.
Maybe it just shows they were right to avoid time travel in the first place. I enjoyed Bender's Big Score, and am looking forward to the three remaining movies.

Bender's Big Score started out strong but ended in a fizzle.
Understandable, but I really hope the new season brings Futurama back to it's old glory.

Got them all, ripped them with Handbrake, now I have them easily accessible whenever I want to see one.
And I did rather enjoy Bender's Big Score. Maybe because it had been so long since there was anything new. But if you haven't listened to the commentary, go do it. It's better than the movie!

I have all the episodes ripped too. I watched the dvd at a friend's place so now I need to buy it to get the commentary. I really only buy the DVDs for the commentary.
On a side note, I was disappointed that there is only commentary on one episode per season for the house DVDs I just bought.

I don't know, Bender's general greed and utter irresponsibility have always been his charm. This was just another vehicle for it. Also how is it much different from the Vice-Presidential Action Rangers failing to protect the space-time continuum and destroying the universe? I thought that one was pretty funny...

The Why of Fry? Anthology of Interest? edit: and to a lesser extent Time Keeps on Slipping?
