Hi I would like to sync a MacMini & Powerbook to have them identical.

Tried it with .Mac but in Mail applic only .Mac and the acounts are
synced not the emails.

And iMap doesn't work, folders are not created on the server.
(if someone has an how to please post)

Started this post because of the newstopic zsCompare. But would
liek to know some user exsperience with this and if is easy to use.

Alternative programs solutions are also welcome.

Do you mean sync just your user folder or the entire Mac? If just the user folder, then try ChronoSync. I've been pretty happy with it, and it's now Universal.

I use ChronoSync for several different sync operations (including folders on a PC) and haven't had any problems. I haven't tried what you're attempting, though. Their site does mention it can be used to sync two Macs. You could always download a demo--I think if you contact them by e-mail and request one, you can get a full-featured, time-limited demo (as opposed to the standard demo which only lets you sync a few files).

Contacted the Chrono Guys Hmm this is not user friendly because:

- Before swithching to the other Mac you should Sync
- Syncing can only be done from one Mac.

So can I solve this problem with OSX Server?

And how to do it Can i run it on a system witch i use or do I need a
seperate system
