Hello. Years ago I helped to develop a website that had vertical drop down menus (the site is CADCA dot org). I remember that we used dreamweaver to somehow create these navigational menus.
I am looking to do something similar on a project that I am working on for a Church. But for the life of me I cannot figure out how I did this.
Can someone advise me how to do this using Dreamweaver MX or if there is another place I can go to. I am having much more trouble with this than I should be having (of course I have been out of the website business for several years now).
Here is what I have so far:
I have a table row with 15 cells. Every other cell is a spacer to space the Navigation links. So there are 7 main headings, and 8 spacer rows.
under each of the 7 heading, I am looking to create a drop down menu. So that when someone mouses over one of the 7 headings, a sub menu will appear.
Basically it will go from something like this:
TopicA TopicB TopicC etc
to
TopicA TopicB TopicC
Sub1
Sub2
Sub3
when you roll over. I have all the code from when I developed the CADCA site, but I just can't seem to get it to run via cut and paste.
If anyone could point me in the right direction I woudl appreciate it,
