Is there any way that I can get IE 5 to login to My Netscape (my.netscape.com) account? When I try to sign in, it says they are having problems with the browser, yet it's fine loading the default mynetscape page in IE. Just wondering if anyone else had any ideas on this, thanks.

MyNetscape is a proprietary service for Netscape users, the same way you must use IE for Windows to use many of the member services at MSN.com, or AOL's software to use AOL's services.

that sucks... but I guess I should have figured as much. if anyone still reading this post knows of another mynetscape-like internet portal, I'd really appreciate it, because I think I might want to try out IE 5. Thanks...

Yeah, you can try the ever-so-crappy "My Yahoo" or "MSN" start pages.

Or try Excite. They have an Apple/Excite option that's fairly inoccuous and has a slight Mac-ish feel.
