I just bought this brand new MacBook Pro back in November, and I rarely if never use the light up keyboard at night. But after just trying it again I see that some of the keys are barely lighting up! even when the brightness is all the way up.. Anyone else get this problem??
Also, I removed a key to see if it was dirty underneath or something, but after I put it back on, it lost it's springy-ness. it still works but it doesn't bounce back much? did I do something wrong?
Should I send this into apple to have it fixed??
