best push mail notification app for iphone?

been using pushgmail by gary fung but the push notification server keeps going down its getting very annoying. i'm looking for an alternative that doesn't need me to forward my emails to another email address.

any suggestions? what do you all use?

the mail app doesn't do push notifications thanks.

Yes it does. It’s just not particularly ‘on the ball’ and doesn’t give any visual feedback. But it does do push notifications.

I haven’t used any third-party ones, though, so I can’t help much with the question.

the Mail app does push mail when configured with google sync or ms exchange, but push notifications are the little windows that pop up to tell you stuff which the Mail app doesn't do. the Mail app only updates the number in the red badge when a mail is pushed.

Vibration is push notification as well, which the Mail app does do (and with other servers than just Google’s or MS Exchange, too).
