Is anyone aware of a way to download the -latest- updated WoW game that includes all the recent updates?
Or, will WotLK contain all the updates?

With WOTLK You'll just have to install the installations without the patches. WoW + TBC + WOTLK will be required, but none of the interim patches will be needed.
