Opera won't run on my Macbook (10.4.9).

I used to use it, and it was a good browser. But I must have uninstalled it at some point. Now it won't run when I try to install it again. The icon just bounces in the dock, goes away, and says "Opera unexpectedly quit. Continue/Reopen" Upon reopening it does the same thing.

Any ideas? I have deleted the .plists, and tried using a different account, but nothing will make it run.

I need to be able to run it, because I am designing websites and having to use another computer to test in Opera is a pain.

Have you tried using something like AppZapper to uninstall it and then reinstalling it from scratch?

I guess I could try, but I pretty much removed anything with "Opera" in it's name from my system and it still wouldn't launch upon reinstall

Post the contents crash log (the last crash suffices, path to the log is given by the console output).

It is too big to post here so I have uploaded the log to Mediafire.

You might want to try the Opera support forums

I don't know what is causing your problems but Opera works fine on my computer but then again I don't use it as often because Firefox is my main browser. Also Opera 9.24 is out if you don't have it.
