It looks like they just used the same boilerplate text to gush about the TOSLINK cable as they do with their RCA cables. But why would they bother to gold plate anything on an optical cable in the first place? Because idiots who don't understand what they're doing but think they do will think of it as a helpful thing, of course! P.T. Barnum lives!
