Link seems broken.
I really want one of those

Those cows won't know what hit 'em. They won't know what hit them even after it hits them, because they're cows.

Yeah, I've been hitting Command-R for the last 45 minutes. At one point either my finger or the R button will break...or both.

The reason the site was iffy for a while was because he was changing it from 1 in 50,000 odds to 1 in 100,000 odds.

I tried reloading the page a few times before I got bored. Wow, watch the bandwidth and hit counters increase between reloads. Even at 2 in the morning, it was adding about 1,000 more hits and 0.01 GB of bandwidth every time.

This guy is going to have one heck of a server bill at the end of the month...

Ticking sound coming from a .pkg package? Don't let the .bom go off! Inspect it first with Pacifist. Macworld - five mice!

Hmm...

Just hit 100 GB bandwidth used and 21,500,000 views...

That's a bit...

I got 1336 as my first number. Then the next ten were all between 98,000 and 99,999 and then I got bored...

Made in REALbasuck but it works well. Opens 200 sockets to that site and if you have the bandwidth it will go nuts.

Have fun.

Only took me 90,000 connects to win. When you win, the source of the winning page is displayed in the editfield. Copy it, open omniweb, go to the gmail machine page, replace the source of the page with whats on your clipboard, and save. Then fill out the form (don't use a yahoo/hotmail/some other free webmail service though, as they tend to block or mark the invite messages as spam).

Or maybe I have an amazing OC 256 connection.

Or maybe I have both...

Or maybe I'm full of crap, and you were right the first time

After 1206 refresh attempts the damn website went down

:edit:

Google Cached the website and I got this off of it

More Updates - Tuesday 2:39 PM
Someone has hacked my gmail account ([email protected]) making it impossible for me to get into to send out codes to all of you. Everytime someone wins on the site it sends an email to that account, so i can send you a code. But i can't get into that email, if anyone else can figure out a method into the account that would be great, but until then i can't send out invites to anyone.

Sorry,
Scott Meinzer

I don't know why... but even with my cable modem I can't get it to refresh more than once.

Crap on a stick, we've had the app for about 5 days. Should have been more motivated to do something sooner

Thanks for the tip.

Careful... I could easily see an ISP suspending someone's account for doing something like this...

Their down again or is it that they block your ip address if you send to many refresh demands to their server?

They appear to be up right now. Never had my IP blocked. Since the whole basis of the site is on refreshing a page, I don't see why they would.

They changed the system. now you are given a few sets of numbers and you have to refresh until they are all the same number.

I guess too many people where making and using tools like that 200 thing.
