Seems fake to me. He's running Rosetta, you can't do that unless you have a TC chip, and VMWare does not emulate it.

I think this might actually be good for Apple for a couple of reasons:

1) It's free publicity for OS X. Perhaps people will buy a real Macintosh when the final version of Leopard is released.
2) This gives Apple advanced notice on the problems they're going to encounter if they want to keep OS X running on Macintosh Hardware only.
