I'm surprised nobody mentioned cell phones. They've revolutionized the way almost everyone communicated (with the exception of a few areas on the planet that still aren't covered, even places that never had wired phones are covered by cell service).

Thanks for spelling it TXT. Are you going to start saying LOL now?

I can't think of much that hasn't been written, plus I think I'm just bad at reflecting on my life (or what little of it has happened so far).

On a different riff:

-The last electromagnetic tube-driven Hammond (a B-3, assembled from shelved parts, 1974)
-The end of the minimoog (and Moog Music) and re-birth of Moog Music (and the death of the good Dr. )
-The end and re-birth of Rhodes pianos (and the death of Harold Rhodes)
-ARP
-PPG
-The Yamaha DX7
-The Korg M1 (good riddance)
-"This album was produced without any synthesizers [but is chockfull of Hammond-organ and processed electric pianos - whatever...]"
-Keyboard players in hair-metal bands hidden away under the drum riser
-The switch to digital audio production and the partial switch back to best of analogue

You don't remember the strap on keyboard?

You could even do the "guitar face" with one of those.

I certainly wouldn't turn down a Moog Liberation!

And the hidden keyboard players were in bands where synths were considered "uncool"...

All of them. Let's face it, all keyboard players are totally uncool and have small penises.
