Nope. I actually prefer the colors because I can look up at the menu bar and see exactly what I want from the colors.
Though if using a darker theme, I'll tone them down a bit. But even when doing some intensive graphic, Photoshop work, it's all good. Far less intrusive visually than a very distracting desktop pic peeking out from my palettes.
