It's been answered above...

As for the dividers, make a divider icon apply it to a folder and name it whatever.app, the dock thinks it's an application but when clicked it doesn't do anything. Pretty neat trick if you ask me.

Batman, if you want I can make it with a different symbol or something if you'd like.

I'm running ChangeDesktop and it doesn't allow directory listings (for security reasons?). So here is a list of the "girls" directory. I leave it up to the reader to create the URL's.

The characters are pronounced as zhe-mu-si (chinese hanyu pinyin), I guess it must mean "James"

Comes with every version of OS X. You have it if you have OS X. And your second question is a Jaguar feature. Very handy
